Right To Cancel & Refund Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Right to Cancel & Refund Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Right to Cancel & Refund Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Right to Cancel & Refund Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

1. Right to cancel.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. Our Right to Cancel & Refund Policy gives you the right to cancel your subscription and potentially receive a full refund, if notified within seven (7) calendar days from the date you subscribed to our services. To exercise your right to cancel the subscription, you must request the cancelation and refund in writing within the required seven (7) calendar days period of your subscription.

2. Refunds.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt and/or proof of fully processed purchase. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirty (30) calendar days.

There are certain situations where only partial refund maybe granted, such as if substantial services have been provided within the seven-day period for cancelation.

3. Late or Missing Refund (if applicable).

If you have not received a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of request, first check your bank account again.

Secondly, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed all the afore-mentioned steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
