Below are some most frequently asked questions.
Do I have to use XenCall Auto dialer?
No. You can use whatever Dialer you have now, but we just recommend XenCall/ReadyMode since we’ve been using it for years and our VAoCity Clients. Proven very effective and efficient for REI Cold Callers and allows us to manage your Cold Caller’s performance consistently.
Is my dialer included in the plan?
No. This is your responsibility. You need to set it up before the Hand Off (PHASE 4)
What do I pay today?
Just the setup fee.
When does my monthly billing start?
Monthly Payment will start on PHASE 6 – where your billing cycle starts! That will be your billing anniversary.
What If I’m not happy with my VA?
Yes, you have FREE Replacement for the life of your account. Talk to your Transitions Team Lead for further details.
Can I get an ISA on the Manage Plan?
No, you must purchase the Recruit, Hire Train Plan to get that.
Can I choose a work schedule?
We try to accommodate various schedules but will be case by case and you may also have to consider that your assigned VA may not be available for special hours.
Do we have to use your scripts?
No, our callers are trained on our in-house modifiable script but are fully able to learn and perfect your personal script if you choose to use it.
How much info do the callers qualify?
Our callers can adjust to whichever level of information you need to gather from the call ranging from basic property details to selling timelines & distress.
What plan options are they ?
See Services We have our recruit, hire and train plans along with our 2 options available under our MANAGE Plan – Full Time (8hrs/day) and Part- time (4hrs/day)
What if my VA misses a day?
You will only be billed with the hours made by your Cold Caller by the end of the month. An Invoice will also be sent for your approval.
How do I UPDATE my Credit Card?

We will attempt to charge your card on file 3 times before we it can be canceled. We will also be sending email notification 1 day, 3 days and 7 days before your Billing Date to remind you of your current Invoice. You can also call our SALES Team for further info 813- 328-2911.
