    Here are a few answers to our most common questions

    Are your callers overseas, won't they have accents?

    Our virtual assistants speak great English, we not only source English speaking agents, but we also do  language training with them. Where we dive into some keywords that can trigger their accents,and eliminate those words, and replace them with other words that will not trigger an accent. 

    Do we have to use your scripts?

    No, our callers are trained on our in-house modifiable script but are fully able to learn and perfect your personal script if you choose to use it.

    Do your callers speak Spanish?

    Yes, we have a wide variety of callers to fit your needs, many are tri-lingual. We source our virtual assistants in the Philippines and the Latin Americas.

    How much information do the callers qualify?

    Our callers are asking specific questions to find the clients motivation, they are also using probing tactics and are trained on building rapport with the clients to earn trust. Once the cold caller gets all the information together, they will send the lead sheet over to the acquisition specialists or to next step in the process.

    Does our cold callers go through training?

    Yes, our callers go through a 5 day training 8 hours per day. The training focuses on Cold Calling, People Skils, Real Estate 101, Systems Training, Dialer Training, Script Training and Rebuttal Training. Once each cold caller completes training, they will receive a certification of completion.

    How many calls does a cold callers do per day?
    Our callers can produce an average of 400 calls per day, per agent. Out of those calls, they should send over an average of 5 warm/hot leads to your inbox. Which will be in a lead sheet along with all the clients details.
    s there any reporting and metric given to us?
    Yes, you will receive daily reporting on (SOD, EOD, # of Calls, Contacted Leads, Interested Leads, Lead Notes, etc)
    What plan options are they?

    So, for now we have 2 plan options, one is 20hrs per week for $900 per month, and the second one is 40hrs per week for $1,600 per month.  There are NO setup fees! We just request you to commit to one of our cold calling plans per week and also commit to a term of no less than 8 weeks.

    How will you send us hot leads?
    Warm and Hot leads, also known as interested leads, will be sent via email and messenger (RingCentral Glip) and an also you will receive an overall summary at the end of the day.
    What if my cold caller misses a day, do I still get charged?
    Great questions, so since we will be dialing daily for you, we have many trained cold callers that will be able to jump right in and take the place of the missing virtual assistant, and in the case we do not have any available, you will not be charged for that day, and the billing will be adjusted to show the new bill charges.
    What happens to our cold callers on holiday?
    Our callers get holidays off, it will be up to our clients to either opt-in or out of paying for holidays. If you decide to opt-in, You will pay the normal amount each month, however if you decide to opt-out, then we will have to adjust your billing to match the amount of days missing.
